We back the gear because we built it.
We guarantee every product purchased from New Zealand Fencing Solutions. We only supply products made to our own specifications, and where a relevant New Zealand Standard can be applied, we test against it.
All of our products have been extensively used and tested by us on our high country property before we offer them for sale, so we are confident the quality is extremely good. We believe in our gear and stand by the workmanship, craftsmanship and materials in each item.
We guarantee the lifetime of each item against reasonable failure or damage in its intended use. If a product fails or is not up to a satisfactory standard, we will replace it.
What the guarantee does not cover
General wear, damage caused by an accident, or using an item for anything other than the purpose it was made for. Every return is subject to evaluation by our Returns Team.
